Patient Appointments:
We
warmly welcome you to our dental office, and we promise to do everything
in our power to make your dental experience as pleasant and comfortable
as possible.
Your
initial visit, (whether an emergency or a comprehensive exam) offers
us the opportunity to engage in a professional relationship with
you and your family.
Until
credit and/or insurance verification and benefits can be confirmed,
you will be expected to pay for your first visit.
We
ask that you arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment
in order to process your insurance and health history. Please bring
your insurance cards or policies, and any other pertinent dental
insurance information.
Once
we take you into our treatment room, we will take the time in consultation
to make sure you fully understand every appropriate option. You
will learn the latest methods of correcting dental problems from
missing teeth to cosmetic concerns. Learning your options could
not be any easier.
Emergencies:
Emergencies
are always seen immediately. If your dental condition has worsened
noticeably in the past month, we will see you on short notice.
Cancellation
Policy:
Dr.
Goldsmith and his staff are keenly aware of our patient’s
busy schedule. In fact, we make every effort to make your visit
as comfortable and time efficient as possible. Over the past several
years it has become clear to us and dentists in general that numerous
last minute cancellations and appointment failures (without a courtesy
call) are occurring with increasing regularity. That is why we ask
that you please call on a Mon.-Thurs. 24-48 hours in advance of
your appointment to let us know if you are unable to keep your scheduled
time. That gives us the opportunity to fill that time with other
patients who are waiting to schedule.
Please
feel free to call or E-mail
us with any questions you may have. Thank you.
